This position is an integral part of the running's and operations of albion. When complaints or reports come in, you are the face our customers will be dealing with. You must have an eye for detail and time to investigate. You will report to the Company Director and be under supervision from the Chief Executive. You will follow report templated and fill in incident forms.
You will be in-charge of the department and the staff within it, you are in-charge of handling complaints about staff and community members, and engagement within the community. You will write policies, such as reporting & complaints policy.
